Raggedy Phil and Filly

Alrighty, time for some normal art while I'm on my comic intermission. It feels refreshing to take a break and just draw some for fun things.

Y'know, the sad thing about this one is that I had planned to do Ann and Andy ponies before the Season 2 Halloween episode came out showing the Raggedy Cakes, and I was a little heartbroken to see that someone technically beat me to it in the show. Oh well, here it is now.

As some of you may have seen, I have already done Raggedy Ann and Andy as lions (Seen here: [link] ), but this time I've done them as ponies!

I felt I had more freedom to work with concerning the characters here, because they were My Little Ponies; I was able to add more unrealistic touches to it in a way that fit the style. The Lion King style was a bit more challenging, namely because choosing the right color for the lions without it looking too strange was quite hard.

As you can see, the roles of the names had to be switched in their positions in order for the title to work. Phil is Andy, Filly is Ann! x)
