Joshua's father confronts him

"A rather buff lion made his way toward tall grass, a stern expression set upon his face. Once he shoved the tall grass out of his way with a single paw, his glare focused on a cub who was clinging to a stone. "Joshua, come down here right now." He demands, agitated. A younger cub could be heard in the backround, squealing and crying. It never stopped. "Come down here right now." The cub adressed as Joshua mocks. "Joshua..." The lion says, a stamp of his paw. "Joshua," Joshua mocks, only slightly throwing his head to the side and back. "Look, I'm not playing around with you. Get down here." The lion demands, coming closer. Joshua says nothing, and finally the lion loses his patience. He yanks the cub off the stone and begins demanding him that he know where his sister's chew stick is. This continues until the lion delivers a paw across Joshua's muzzle. Slowly, the cub looks at him. "Joshua... I'm sorry." The lion says, true sorrow in his voice. a grin creeps upon Joshua's muzzle. "Nobody will ever love you."
The lion is frozen for only a couple of moments, but shortly after he begins delivering Joshua a fatal beating. Claws, teeth, snarling. it was all sudden, and Ominous."

I thought I should have made them able to talk, since I figured maybe it would add more to the sense.
